Welcome to Jetset Celiac, I’m Stephanie
former expat | digital nomad | symptomatic celiac
Some of life’s best memories happen when we’re far from home. They’re found around crowded dinner tables where you don’t speak the language, on quiet streets you stumbled upon by accident, or in the tiny restaurant you almost walked past. Travel has a way of reminding us how much beauty exists beyond what we know.
For many people with celiac disease, that sense of possibility gets replaced by logistics. Every destination becomes a list of questions. Every meal requires a plan. It’s easy to start wondering whether some places just aren’t worth the effort.
“At Jetset Celiac, I believe our diagnosis shouldn’t dictate our next destination. “
After more than twenty years of traveling the world – and learning how to navigate it first with my own diagnosis and later with my daughter’s -I know that incredible travel is still possible. It simply begins with better preparation.
celiac-safe travel planning · eat safely. see the world. · excursions & personalized itineraries · your diagnosis shouldn’t determine your next destination ·
A well-traveled Life, intentionally designed
Funny enough, while travel has been a cornerstone of my life, I never dreamed of becoming a travel planner.
But after my diagnosis, and my daughter’s, I started Jetset Celiac because I couldn’t accept the idea that a medical diagnosis should quietly shrink the size of someone’s life.
Long before celiac entered my story, travel shaped me. First solo traveling the world, then living abroad as an expat for nearly 10 years, travel taught me to embrace the unfamiliar. It taught me that some of the most meaningful experiences happen when we step outside what’s comfortable and discover a place through its people, its traditions, and yes, its food.
When celiac became part of my life, I wasn’t willing to lose that. I had to learn a different way of traveling – one built on research, preparation, and knowing where to look. Eventually, that process became second nature.
Now I use everything I’ve learned to help other travelers spend less time searching for answers and more time looking forward to the trip itself.

“I started jetset Celiac because i want my daughter to experience the joy and wonder of what travel can offer.”
Let’s work together on your next Trip!
I believe everyone deserves to travel without worry. Not just the people who can eat anything, anywhere, but the families packing gluten-free snacks, the couples researching restaurants months in advance, and the travelers who simply want to enjoy the world without wondering if they’ll be able to find dinner.
